Provide pre-energization and maintenance walkdowns of substation equipment.  Document readiness for energization and punch list items.

Provide HV/MV SME to observe and document the manufacturers testing to ensure that critical equipment complies with engineering specifications, safety regulations, and international standards such as IEEE and IEC.

Perform point of interconnection power quality analysis per IEEE 519 & IEEE 2800

Comprehensive infrared thermography inspections and reports for HV/MV Equipment
